Mutton       -1 lb
Onion        -2 med cut into fine slices
Peppercorn   -1 tsp or according to the spice needed

Turmeric pdr -1/2 tsp
ginger-garlic-2 tbsp

Cooking oil  -4-5 tbsp
Salt to taste
1.Heat oil in a pan & add the cut onions n fry until golden 
  brown.
2.Meantime clean the mutton n keep it aside.
3.Grind the following together(Peppercorns,green chilli n zeera)
  to a fine paste.
4.Once the onions are golden brown add the ginger garlic 
  paste and mix well,then add the mutton n turmeric pdr n
  mix again.
5.After 3-4 mins add the ground paste to it n mix well.
6.Salt to taste.
7.Add 1 1/2 cup of water n cook until the meat is done n the 
  gravy is thick,garnish with cilantro.
8.Once done enjoy the delicious kaali mirch ghosht with ghee 
  rice n pappad.
